We’ve MOVED!!!

SL Barrel Horses has moved! Our time at LoneStar Riding Academy came to an end on March 28th. We found out in the middle of March that the facility was being sold. It wasn’t on the market for more than a few days when they got an offer. I made a post on Facebook about how sad I was that things were ending there and an amazing opportunity presented itself. An amazing friend and former boss called me almost immediately. She manages a super cool facility here in town and has welcomed me use to it and to bring boarders

Reflecting on My 2019 in the Horse World as a Rider and a Coach

Starting my next journey!

Now that the 2015-2016 barrel racing season is over and I am looking forward to 2016-2017 (mostly 2017) as I start to bring horses up and fill the shoes that Rocket is leaving behind. I still plan to haul and run him a little as I don't think he 100% ready to quit and I need a veteran to haul with the "babies" who aren't exactly babies anymore.
